The Specialty theme is a WordPress job theme created for any entrepreneur. This business theme comes with a one-of-a-kind job board theme with all the features that you’ll need to run a real job board. In addition to running a regular blog with this theme, its main attraction is the job board that you see in the demo version. Let’s start with things that I found great about this theme from buying a job board software. Under the navigation bar is a huge rectangle widget you can add a welcome message, tagline or some words to motivate the visitor to search around. Right under this, is a special search box for someone to quickly search for jobs in the selected categories in the drop down menu box.
There is a job dashboard for the users to be able to create listings, edit their profile…etc. This theme also comes with a side column plus footer widgets. I would suggest adding some AdSense banners to the listings page. The whole job board is actually Powered by WP Job Manager if you wanted to know this. This theme was built for speed which is good for ranking purposes. Here are some notable features that come with this theme and I’ll share some images.
Here are some notable features that come with the Specialty theme and I’ll share some images:
Specialty Features
- Fully Responsive Layout
- Drag & Drop Landing Pages
- Flexible Search Functionality
- Front-end Submissions
- Customizer Settings
- Flexible Customizer Options
Here is an image of the theme customizer in which you should use to customize the whole layout before making the theme live.

Don’t forget you have an actual blog with this theme and here is a preview of it with showing some recent job listings in the side column. Again, add Adsense on the blog area for automated income.

Plenty of room to add a lot into the footer widget including an autoresponder.

Additional Information
This is not a Genesis Framework theme but is still a child theme. You can still customize this theme with plugins such as the ones WPOutcast is using or search through our WordPress Plugins category.
